I recently purchased my 2003 Infiniti G35 Coupe with only 66,000 miles on it, thinking I've got a great deal. Well since day one of the purchase of this car, I have had problems with the radio and the air controls, as I see everyone else has with these cars. At first, my radio would not work at all and the air is stuck on auto 75. Now day to day, it's a surprise every time I get in my car, whether the radio is going to work or not. When it does come on, however, I can only control the volume from my controls on my steering wheel. This now seems to have gone into a further problem which i have read also from another person's statement about the battery. It has now since 2 days ago, it started hesitating on starting as if the battery were going dead. All my lights come on in my dash and I have to restart my car to get them to go off. This seems to be a very big problem with these cars and under warranty or not, I think this issue should be addressed and corrected by Infiniti. With so much going on, I honestly don't even feel safe driving this car because from the other statements, it seems to start just as mine has and goes into something even worse. So what will it take for Infiniti to correct this problem? I am very disappointed.

The dashboard on my 2004 Infiniti FX 35 started to show bubbles around a year ago. At first I didn't think much of it since it was just a few spots. But in the past few months, it quickly spread everywhere. I contacted Infiniti USA, but they will not fix it. The customer representative said Infiniti is aware of the problem and has extended the warranty to 8 years. But since my car is now 9 years old, there's nothing they can do. I was not notified of the extension. Apparently, this is a common problem. A search for Infiniti dashboard bubble will return tons of results. If this is a known problem, I don't understand why they will not fix it. Infiniti is supposed to be a luxury brand after all. As a result, I will never buy another Nissan/Infiniti again. I expected more from my luxury car manufacturer.

Having worked on and been a part of numerous Infiniti car company dealerships over the last 15 yrs, and now finally owning one of their products, it's come to my attention that their brand quality is largely compromised. My situation is as follows. Having a late model Infiniti that was bought used, I concluded nothing is perfect and things would need to be fixed. However, I have never owned a vehicle with a "melting" dashboard. Having fixed numerous dashboards over the years for Infiniti on the FX models in 2009 to 2011, it had occurred to me that there are many other models with the same problem all the way up until 2012. The dash will crack and ultimately degrade to the point where it is unable to be cleaned/touched or even looked it through the window due to high amounts of glare it produces when driving (melting area becomes very shiny) understood the vehicle is out of warranty, but Infiniti has no remedy or cause for concern to fix these problem cars' dashboards. I know there are plenty out there too. No wonder Lexus is the company to be.

Purchased a 2020 QX50 and it's already been towed twice because it simply would not start. In both cases the car was in a safe place however, I was without a vehicle. Infiniti services scheduled the tows. The first tow took over a day to pick up the car. The second time the tow took over 2 days to be picked up. The AutoStart had be replaced....in a 2020 vehicle. I classify Infiniti as a "luxury" vehicle and with that expect a reliable vehicle and attention to the customer experience. I give Infiniti a ZERO on both ratings.

My jx35 passenger airbag deactivation light turns on randomly. I took my automobile to the dealer at least six (6) times and dealer couldn't reproduce it. I recorded several videos of this issue where my wife or even myself is in the passenger seat and the deactivation air bag light turns on while the car is in motion. Finally, the Department of Transportation and National Highway Traffic Safety Administration released a recall. Occupant detection system may disable pass air bag on 03/12/13. Also, we are experiencing a problem with the city mpg. I obtained an average of 10mpg instead of 18mpg offered. This is definitely a fraud.

Consumer Affairs is a complete joke. My 2019 Q50 Red Sport has never drove straight which was bought with 49 miles on it and addressed 4 days later but was told it's road crown then set up to drive this way then educated guess of bent strut and has had 3 sets of tires now. They don't acknowledge independent shops service records only the dealerships. They claim I was in a collision causing this damage however there is no evidence of it and they can't acknowledge defects. They said for months I had a bent strut when several of my own inspections said lower control arm has play.Dealership still tried claiming this part was fine and didn't see the grease seeping out of the bushing or the high pressure fuel lines leaking. Following day they magically acknowledge the lower control arm needs replaced due to the bushing. Exactly what my service records pointed to 7 months earlier. Don't trust Consumer Affairs or manufacturer dealerships. Wow guess my mechanics were right. So now they try blaming it on collision and road damage. I'm paying for all repairs out of pocket and getting rid of the car that has too many problems. Dealerships can't diagnose issues properly but can break a engine cover lol.

2008 still looks new and drives awesome. Bought the infiniti m35 used - it is an awesome car, still has class and looks great. I like it better than the new infinities. It is a great car and was under 15k in price. It has leather cool and heated seats and a lot of technology. These are great cars that last forever.

For the second time in over a year I have experienced the same issue with my 2010 G37S sedan. The steering wheel locks and the vehicle won't start. Lights work, most of the common electrical stuff work, except for the windows that won't go up or down. It seems to have something related with me not starting the car for more than a week in both occasions, I have been away on work trips for over a week. The first time the car was under warranty Infiniti claimed that it was a dead battery which I am pretty confident it wasn't because I had the battery checked just before that car was taken to the dealer. Now this past Monday I got back from a work trip to encounter the same problem, only thing is that my warranty had expired a month ago. This time I call roadside assistance, they try the most common things to see if the car would start. No response at all. Steering wheels still lock, they take it to the dealer. I contact Infiniti consumer affairs to let them know to express my anger and how disgusted I am with this issue. They gave me a case # and told me that they were going to try and help me out. After a whole week my car is still at the dealer and the service crew still has no idea what's wrong with my car.

My vehicle is the G37 Coupe which is upgraded to the Q60 coupe which will be my next choice. Other larger models offered by Infiniti and all offer luxury, style and performance are QX60 crossover, Q50, Q70 AWD and more that come with premium packages that can be purchased or leased. Infiniti is awesome and nothing less than wonderful. It is luxurious and premium high performance vehicle with adaptive steering, digital transmission and the latest technology available. It runs smoother than imaginable. It has smooth sleek sexy lines and turns heads.If we are personalizing and building an Infiniti, I will choose the Q60 coupe. It begins with the V6 400 HP engine - digital suspension, direct adaptive steering, LED headlights, alloy wheels, personal technology inside out. Passenger capacity in my choice would be two rows and 4 passengers but remember it's a two door coupe. I put the back seat down in the cargo area for my K9 passengers and they have plenty of room and are safe. Infiniti has other larger models with larger passenger capacity.
