Cliff notes: No email available to communicate with the corporate office concerning warranty work. You have to use a call center that is slow, cumbersome, and not proactive. Wish we would have stuck with purchasing tried and true Chevy C2500, Ford F250, or RAM 2500 diesels. We purchased a 2018 Titan XD Pro4X (Diesel) truck for our small construction company. The specs matched our needs though the reviews were not as strong as we would have liked the price was appealing and the reviews were not terrible. The size was more comfortable than the C2500 and F250 we have in service. At 30K miles we received both ABS and 4WD warnings after traveling 300+ miles that day. The engine was fine just no 4wd or cruise control. The dealership advised we were fine to continue our trip and to come in when back in town or we could go to another dealership near us if time allowed. Over night the error reset. The dealer said to bring it in when back in town the computer would let them know what need to be repaired on the drive train. On our return trip the error happened again at around 350 miles and again over night it reset and was fine. The trip to the dealership was inconclusive and I was advise to drive around until the error happened again even though that might be over 300+ miles as 5 things might be causing the problem and they could not test each of those components to rule them out. That effort was too intense for them. Thus the call to corporate to report the dealer would not take action on what my local mechanic found on his diagnosis machine. What a run around. The non dealer shop received the P1819 Shift ACT CIR Malfunction detected in the transfer motor circuit error and advised that should be too touch for a certified mechanic to figure out. Finally I have convince the dealership they needed to do more for me and they are taking the truck back in and are prepared to trace back the error and replace the transfer case in the event it is the culprit. This was after I paid our local mechanic to diagnosis the problem and the local service manager had twice refused to perform further repairs until the truck failed again. The only response I can get from Corporate Nissan is to call them. When calling I am referred back to the dealer and am told they have no access to the dealership's efforts though we have Nissan Connect which reads what maintenance and system status in on the truck. Shame on us for choosing Nissan.

It all started on July 6th when we took our 2014 Rogue (which was purchased in 2015) in due to damage to the clear coat. If you are not familiar with clear coat it is the top protective layer applied to the paint job. The damage was caused by bird droppings. We had a car detailer look at it and he informed us that if the dealer attempted to buff it out that it would scratch the paint because the clear coat was so thin. When the car was taken in to the Nissan service department in Duarte, Louisa the body shop manager and Paul ** the sales manager were informed of the situation. When the car was ready for us to pick up (7/10) we found more damage done than when we left it. Over spray on the tail lights, roof rails, side, rear, and spoiler.Since then we have talked to GM Matt, Consumer Affairs and will be calling the BBB. It has been over a month now and we are still in a rental car because every time the vehicle is supposedly ready they seem to find new ways to damage the vehicle. The car is now at the 3rd party body shop which last time we checked (8/10) left spots on the interior seating and shifting counsel. Before going to the body shop the dealer in Duarte scratched the paint trying to do a quick buff job like we warned them not to do. Then when they finally broke down and decided to clear coat the entire vehicle like we requested from the start, they ended up scratching the window frames and still left over spray on side mirrors and tail lights. The car is no longer new thanks to their lack of understanding and attention to detail. We have totally lost enthusiasm in owning our Nissan and feel like our joy of buying a new car and the hard work that went into it has been robbed from us. Then another sales manager called us in and offered us a newer model with a higher monthly rate to help resolve the issue, which just enraged us even more for wasting our time and again being misleading. Never again will we be fooled by Nissan, and the word will spread.

Murano - Well when I purchased car I was looking on the invoice. They had charged me with pin strips on car but it was no pin strips. Had to call them about that to tell them and have them put them on. Then I was paying my taxes on car found out they had it put in system a higher price model that is when I noticed that they forgot to put the letter on the car what it is, s, sl or whatever. Leased new Infiniti QX70 in 2017. Never missed a payment, or late. Reported as 30-day late to credit bureau 2 months before lease ended because the local sales tax had changed from 6% to 7%, and even though I made the payment, I was $5.38 short. Never knew the rate changed! I am paperless, and make automatic payments. Why would I imagine that my payment would change when I entered into a contract for a specified amount for 36 months? I have leased/owned 4 Infiniti vehicles (QX4, G35, EX35, and QX70) for more than 25 years, and only now have I ever had any issues. Their answer: TOO BAD. My response: Never will I lease/buy another Nissan or Infiniti. And will steer any I know away.

I bought a brand new 2013 Versa with my hard-earned money. Within the first month, I had to bring it back to the dealer because the lock on the trunk broke and I was locked out of my trunk for three weeks waiting for the right part. My car has already broken down twice due to engine troubles. Thank God, I have the extended warranty. Seven months old and my car is already breaking down!!! Now, I have a rattling sound coming from the engine. I take good care of my car and I change the oil on time. Nissan service dept has been great but at this point, I just want my car to work the way it should!!!

I bought a Nissan 370Z convertible 15 months ago with very low mileage. Just beyond the 36,000 mile mark, my convertible top experienced issues which needed to be addressed right away. I brought the car into the shop, they diagnosed the problem, and ordered the part which took 30 days to arrive and install. It was discovered that a second part was also faulty and needed fixing. Five weeks later, I am out $1,750 and still have no working part as we are waiting for the second part to arrive and be installed. The mechanic who was put in numerous hours trying to navigate through the issues flat out told me on three separate occasions to get rid of my Nissan vehicle as the craftsmanship is very poor and the electrical system is backwards (he was referring to Nissan in general). He also says working with Nissan Japan when ordering parts is a pretty painful experience as well - parts take forever. I can attest to this. So in short, I paid $12,000 more for a vehicle with a convertible top that barely made it past its warranty. This is the second Nissan convertible I have owned, and both had expensive electrical and convertible top issues. I can comfortably say that Nissan is the Walmart of the automotive industry. I look forward to turning away as many potential Nissan customers as possible in the future since so many ask me about my car.

I am the unlucky customer of Nissan; my 2013 Nissan Sentra has a transmission problem without any previous symptom. My wife was driving to California when happen and need to bring the car to the dealership located at Tracy CA. The only dealer in town! They took several weeks to have my car ready and as a familiar person to the automotive industry. I know that there are design issues and manufacturing errors. I am an open minded person and understand that errors happen. I patiently wait for the repair of the car and pay for the additional travel to pickup my car. I am located at AZ. After that I let my son attending Tulsa University to take the car with him. He noticed a noise under the car and with the months the noise go worse. I instructed my son to take the car to the dealer at Tulsa; they completed the diagnostic and determine an error made during the replacement of the transmission where a bolt was left loose or too tight ended to stripping or damaging the bolt threads. They also recognized an extended warranty for additional 12K miles and the whole repair will cost nothing to me. Well too good to be true! After two weeks "waiting for the parts"; the dealer at Tulsa notified me that the dealer at CA didn't accepted the claim! They said that there is nothing they can do and I should contact and deal with the dealer at CA directly. The dealership at Tulsa denied to honor the warranty! Well, I contacted Nissan directly and they reported the receipt of my complaint; within the following two day they "completed" their investigation. It is an issue that needs to be solved at the dealership and it is nothing that they can do! I got a copy of the procedures created by NISSAN to replace the transmission and the additional procedure to remove the parts where the bolt in question is located. It is more than clear that the last person to touch that bolt was the Nissan technician during the transmission requirement. Well after all the evidence still Nissan denied any support or ruled to make their representatives responsible for their mistakes. I am writing this review to help some other potential customers to became victims of their poor quality of products and services. I asked for a writing report from their "investigation" and it was denied; they do not want to provide anything in writing. Too much to ask? Nope! It is a normal covering for a crooked organization! Do not repeat my mistake; do not buy any Nissan products! I am not complaining for the poor quality. It is for the silly expectation of Nissan that the dealership are independent of their organization. That I cannot have a service across the whole USA but I need to deal with independent dealers, that they are trying to push me to go to CA and fight with an independent organization whom by the way hold a big SIGN OUTSIDE SAYING "AUTHORIZED NISSAN DEALERSHIP" with their big logo there! NEVER NISSAN AGAIN!

For the last two years 2014 and 2015 and now into 2016, Nissan has changed - but did they make the change as a user friendly for customers - Hell No times 2. The upper management of Nissan must be a bunch of Bone heads or knuckle heads - your choice but - it's one of these two for sure. I have called their CS number multiply times at different times of the day and week to talk to a live person and stay on the phone for up to 2 hrs and no one has ever answer the call. I know I am the bone head for waiting this time endurance but I wanted to find out if anyone would answer. They have made changes to their website over the last two years and it has got worst as whoever they hired to do this changes. It does not work. I should have been discussing the problems to a red brick wall and would have gotten more response from the bone heads at Nissan.

I initially took in my 2008 Nissan 350Z roadster convertible to Tony Nissan to have them repair the convertible roof because it is not fully closing into its compartment. They looked at it and eight hours later, said that they "couldn't find anything wrong" with it. They even showed me that it was "working" before leaving.Later that day, I wanted to test it out for myself. And much to my dismay, the same problem occurred. Being busy with work, etc., I wasn’t able to take it back in immediately. I was under warranty and thought I had time (my mileage at the time was under 36K). When I took it again (about a month and a half later) stating that it was not fixed, they tried to charge me for $350.00 just to look at it because now, my warranty had expired. I was under the impression that my warranty was going to expire at 60K or five years. Of course, I refused to pay that outrageous fee and left.I then returned at Tony Nissan with my husband and he demanded to speak to a manager. They looked at my vehicle at no cost but said they needed to contact Nissan corporate to get an approval to cover the cost of the repair. Three weeks thereafter, Nissan denied my claim stating that 1) I didn't have enough history with maintaining my vehicle and 2) my warranty is expired. This is such an incredible injustice for Nissan should have fixed the problem initially while my vehicle was under warranty. My vehicle is maintained immaculately with regular oil changes, etc. I intend to sue Nissan corporate and Tony Nissan to recoup the costs to repair my vehicle. Furthermore, I will not trust any brand with the Nissan name.

I'm Malibongwe ** and I'm very sad because of how a car dealer hurted me. Me and Rebecca ** bought a Nissan Qashqai, a 2015 model with mileage of 75000 km and now it happened that the car is no longer clutching anymore. We bought the car at Imperial Ford at Kempton Park. First of I took the to the dealer where they requested me to go, where I had to use my recourses to take the car there. It was diagnosed and the asked me to pay R19.182.77 for the clutch. REMEMBER THE CAR IS UNDER WARRANTY and under motor plan... at Imperial Ford they failed to 75000 km service. I paid R850 at Nissan Sinoville for diagnoses fee. Now I'm frustrated because the car with is not in good condition. Please help me to resolve this issue.
