I have experienced more incompetence from this dept. than any other customer service center I have ever contacted. It has been 3 months I have been attempting to get them to send my title to the state DMV for registration. I have faxed them documents at least 6 times during this period. I follow-up with the fax to confirm everything was received and it is all in order. I am told all is in order and the request is being processed. A week later I follow-up for status to be told something or other is missing or incorrect. They do not have the courtesy to contact me when they discover the error, they simply throw it out and never inform the customer. I will never buy a Nissan again.

2011 Nissan Juke: So far I have had to turn my car in for 2 recalls. One was the engine and the second was the timing belt. The second time they had to fix my car. They told me they would be keeping it for 4-5 days! This wouldn't be a problem if they would give me a loaner car. However, they don't give out loaners unless you have 70,000 miles or less on your car. What? Why? My car only has 80,000. The only reason my car is in the shop is because of their faulty manufacturing and recall. The Town Center Nissan in Kennesaw, GA serviceman said I would have to call Nissan headquarters in order to get the rule overruled. OK... whatever.I call them and then it takes a day for them to get back to me to say they refuse to help me because I didn't buy the 'extended service warranty'. Well, if I would have known what a piece of crap car and company I was buying from (I wouldn't have made the purchase) I would have bought the warranty. I asked kindly for them to make an exception because I am a good customer AND I am right at the line. Still they refused and had no other response except to say, "You didn't buy the extended service warranty." What are you trying to do Nissan? NO Customer Service? Teach me a lesson about buying extended service warranties?! It's not enough to be a customer who spent 18,000 on your faulty product?! This will be the LAST Nissan I own.

I used to have a 2010 Nissan Altima which was great, never had any issues so when my lease was up I decided to lease a 2013 Altima. What a mistake. I've been with my car for about 2 1/2 years, since the moment it left the dealer it'd been a disaster. Couple of months after I leased my car, I noticed I had a weird noise coming from the transmission. I took in the car for service so they can take a look at it. They said they ran a few test and told me nothing was wrong with the transmission and that it was normal that it was making that noise. Couple of months passed by and I noticed that when I would accelerate the car would get stuck and it would stop. This is something very dangerous and could of caused an accident. April 24 2014 I took the car in AGAIN for the second time. This time I needed a new transmission. I also had a noise coming from my sunroof and my back window. The guy at the dealer said it was just a clip that needed to be fixed. It's now March 2015, almost a year and I'm back at the dealer for the third time, not for the transmission but for the AC! My AC is now broken. The service told me my compressor has a leak. You would think they would lend me a car while they get it fixed, correct? Nope, they didn't. They put freon with a dye to see where the leak is coming from because that's the way "their warranty works." Guy at the service told me to bring it back in a few days to see exactly where the leak was coming from. AC stopped working today (it's now 90 degrees in Miami), I took it in for the fourth time hoping they can get this replaced ASAP!! NEGATIVE! They told me to come back Sunday because they didn't have any cars to let me borrow in the meantime. I'm sure this isn't the last time the service area is going to see me. My transmission is making noise again, my right side windows gets stuck and I have the rattling noise again from my sunroof and my rear windshield. Words can't describe how upset I am with Nissan. I pay a pretty good amount for a car that has had so many issues. I cannot wait until the day I can turn this cheap car! I'm currently getting prices with other dealers. I will never lease with Nissan again. My lease will be up in a couple of months, I'm currently getting prices with other dealers. Bottom line if you don't want to spend most of your time in the service department, don't even bother with these people.

I bought this 2015 Nissan Altima Feb. 27th, 2015. It had defects on exterior, signal lamp loose, dashboard bad. 2 weeks later the sway bar fell from underneath. I duct taped it up. Called Reidsville Nissan. Corrected. Now after 1700 miles and 3 months later the radiator went out. New one installed by Nissan store. They drove it and called me. Said it needed a new motor. Really, after 1700 miles. Called consumer affairs and after 2 weeks they said Nissan would not buy back or substitute for collateral. Very unhappy with this decision and have had an account with Nissan 4 years. I feel as if a substitute for collateral would have been good. Now I will be trying to trade for a car. I do feel safe in today. Today I go pick up my new motor Nissan and not happy at all.

Usually I service on time at toronto dealer where I bought the car at same location. @ 32200+ KM got the engine oil replaces at sainte foy, QC (I was away with family) as advised by my dealer and 2 recalls performed. @33000+ KM came back to dealer (after my tour), asked about brake fluid flush, which is recommended by Nissan but its not done by dealer (dont know why). I gave my consent to replace if required. And for wheel rotation (which is also recommended by Nissan.)When I picked up my car, I feel there is gas pedal delay in the initial acceleration (between 800 and 1800 RPM). On minutely trying to identify, why there is an uneasiness for me to drive, the usual resistance in the gas pedal that is altered, and the pressure I usually put on the pedal has changed, and which started to get annoying. Usually I use 87 octane fuel. This time I filled 91 octane fuel, still the acceleration is identifiable. Usually I drive in ECO mode, which is sluggish. Normal is better and Sports mode is usually quite peppy.After trying all the combination, I realized this the feedback/resistance, may have been altered. Don't know how and why (forgot to mention I had also asked for bronze cleaning on the car). Dealer has failed to understand the point and they keep on telling me about sensors and error codes. What I realized after studying the matter that the sensor and codes will work nice, when the pedal recognizes the press.Concern of mine is the pressure is gas pedal stars identifying the press after a small delay (maybe we are talking about 5~7 millimeters). Why I am concerned: I have to press more gas pedal now to get to my normal driving habit for years/decades; I am quite concerned now if this pedal will have more issues to offer; Since the pedal feedback/resistance spring may have altered, it may happen, that say when in highway, it will get stuck to a position and send incorrectly send sensors of pedal being pressed even after removing feel from pedal. Now I feel little unsafe in this car. More details can be shared on request.

I hate my 2007 nissan sentra so much. It started with transmission problems. I had to get a new transmission for which they paid for. Second the axle broke in front. How can an axle break after only 50,000 miles. The dealer accused me of hitting someone. The front in of the car was not damaged. I DID not hit anyone. They would not cover this. My car constantly makes a loud wailing noise. This was all within a year of buying the car. Would never buy a nissan again!!!

I bought a Certified Used 2010 Nissan Murano SL with 31,339 miles on 01/31/2013 from Crowley Chrysler Plymouth, Inc. I also opted for the Nissan Security Plus Extended Protection Plan when I bought the car. I am very happy with the car and all of the car’s features. It is exactly what my wife and I needed. I do, however, have one issue since buying the car.On 03/11/2013, I took the car in to my local dealer for routine servicing. The car had 34,099 miles at the time. The dealer asked if the car had its 30,000 mile servicing. I did not know, but I assumed the answer was yes since the car was certified. I had attempted to get the service records on the car from Crowley, but they declined to give them to me saying that there were privacy concerns giving me another client’s maintenance records (I thought this was odd at the time, but did not challenge it). My current dealer offered to check with Crowley service to see if the car did in fact receive its 30,000 mile servicing. The answer he got was no. So I requested that this servicing be done and also asked for the car to be inspected.Upon receiving my bill, I was a little shocked. The bill was $1,393.01! Here is what was done: 30,000 mile required maintenance per Nissan manual; the car needs 4 new tires to pass inspection. The rear two tires tread was below standard, and the front two were very close to being below standard. Since this is an all-wheel drive car, the dealers recommended that all four tires be replaced. I agreed; and the alignment was out on all four tires, therefore an alignment was required. Since I was buying a certified used car, I did not expect any of these issues to be present. Question: shouldn't these issues have been taken care of by the dealer that sold me the car? Resolution: after several conversations with Nissan, I was told that there was nothing that Nissan could do, and that I should try to work something out with the two dealerships.Nissan Certified Vehicles Program is a scam. It allows the dealership to ask more for a certified vehicle, but gives the client no assurance that they are getting something in the deal. Unless you are willing to check all of the 150+ items on the certified checklist prior to purchase, you will be holding the bag if something is wrong later. In my case, the rear tires were just in spec. (5/32) at the dealership where I bought the car and not able to be inspected (2/32) on my first visit to my local dealership a little over 2,000 miles later. Nissan did not stand behind their process and left me in the middle between two dealerships - a losing proposition for anyone finding themselves in this position.

Called Nissan customer affairs talked to a Trey. No help... Asked to talked to his supervisor then talked to a Alica (not sure on name). Voiced my disconcern with my customer service at a dealership. Asked for Alica for a email with her name and my case number. Said she would. Well she had Trey call me back then he said he would. Keep in mind they don't have employee ID numbers and can't use last names. They work in your Tennessee office. Neither one of Nissan customer affair case workers could send me a simple email. All they wanted to do was close the case which I had to call and have re-opened 1st time. Basically it's waste of time to complain to them. Almost sure nothing was done or will be done. Best they could with all their experience suggest a I get a second opinion... I felt like the dealership was being shady.

My 2010 370Z started making a "clunk" sound from the rear of the vehicle. Dealer worked on it for nearly 3 weeks and eventually told me that the noise is just a characteristic of the vehicle. I asked other 2010 370Z owners if they had the same noise and every response was no. This noise is not normal. I called Nissan Consumer Affairs and they reviewed my case and eventually told me that there is nothing they can do other than extend a portion of the warranty. What good is the warranty if they refuse to fix the problem?
