Product Reviews:

I own a Lexus 2006 and a year ago I started noticing hairline cracks on the dashboard. I spoke with a Lexus representative and he said that Lexus is aware that it is a manufacture defect and I should take it to the dealer and they should replace it. I took it in to North Miami Lexus dealer. The guy took pictures and said that he submitted the claim. I followed up with him since he never called me back to follow up. After 5 weeks he said that Lexus will replace it but I will have to pay $1000. He also said that I can call Lexus customer service if I am not happy. I did call them and followed up with Customer Service manager, Michael, was told that since the car is outside of warranty (however, very low mileage and they recognize that, could have been covered under that) they can only extend the dealer's offer and that is very fair. They never looked at the pictures since the dealer didn't upload them and apparently someone in the other department declined for Lexus to take full responsibility for the defect. After searching the issue online, I realize that I am not the only one with the same issue and that different Lexus owners were offered different deals. My belief is that they never even looked into the issue and I was given the generic answer by the customer service management. This is very disappointing and would love to join a class action suit. Lexus is aware of this defect and just getting away with it. The luxury car dealer is washing their hands off. I am not angry but very dissatisfied to look at the car everyday and see the cracks while it is suppose to be a luxury car.

The dealership I went to had many choice and I was very pleased. I would tell all my friends to go. If I wanted a new car I would go back! The man who sold me my car was very nice and knowledgeable! The car is absolutely flawless and I feel so hot when I drive my car. I loved the look, all the features and all the room my passenger has as well as how roomy the back seat it! I'm always getting compliments how big my car is and I love that! It's important to me to know they are comfortable. Everyone who gets in my car is blown away!! I couldn't be happier! My upgrade package is amazing too! After two years I can upgrade my car and that is important if that's what I feel I need to do!! I just love having the option of being able to upgrade!

First I bought an RX 350 Sport from this dealership in 2016. They put me on a variable rate and since it was the end of the day they rushed me into signing all the paperwork, when I received the bank statement. I called the manager and he put the blame on myself since I had signed the contract. Second...I have been have issues with the battery and they are saying it's because of the cold. I have a 2008 Ford Explorer and I have NO issues with the battery and it's original.

I am an owner of Lexus RX 400h. The manufacturing year of my Lexus is to be seen in the attached figure: September 2007. It is extremely interesting that the curtain and side did not open airbags when my car crashed over. However, the commercial materials and specifications issued after September 2007 wrote about a protection system of 360, according to which curtain and side airbags open automatically in case of car crash over. After years of research it was confirmed and the representative of the manufacturer recognized, as well that no RX 350, 400h manufactured and approved in Europe contains such a system. This way Lexus Europe misled its customers in the issued commercial materials. Lexus Europe is silent disposing, no recall as it is hard to find a remedy for this problem. As a lonely fighter I brought an action against Lexus Europe for its default. If you have such a car, or you are interested in this issue, you are free to join me here.

We have owned other makes and the worst dealer experiences have been with Lexus. This is not our first negative experience but it is the latest. Lately we discovered what I'd call "seeping" at the water pump. The start of a leak. Not dripping yet. Thought best to have it fixed before it gets worse. Brought it in and Dealer said it was not "leaking" so it would not be repaired "under warranty". To add insult they suggested we should "Test drive" a new model (joke).

I have a 2004 Lexus IS300 with interior in near mint condition. Years ago I started experiencing a problem with the dashboard. It was sticky and wiping it down stripped away the paint. I contacted Lexus customer service and they scheduled me an appointment with my local dealer (Tri-County Lexus of little falls New Jersey) for an inspection. The dealer took pictures and sent them to corporate. A week later I contacted Lexus customer service and to my surprise they refused to fix the problem. I argued with them and they offered me a $250.00 credit for the inconvenience. Till this day I have yet to use the credit. A year ago I contact my local dealer for a quote on my dashboard and they advised me to wait. They said that Lexus/Toyota is aware of the problem and they will be sending out recall notices. I waited but never got a notice. Later I realized that a recall was issued for the melting dash but it did not include the IS300. I recently contacted my local dealer again for a quote. I asked them what they recommend I do, either I have my dash pulled out and repainted or I buy a new dash. The service advisor did not recommend I have the dash repainted, saying that the paint will eventually come off - that I'm better off buying a new dash. I asked "What if I buy a new dash and I run into the same problem I'm having now?" He did not have a answer for me. He's said that he will call me back. Till this day I have yet to receive a callback. I've called several times and every time I call I'm told that I will get a callback. I am very disappointed with Lexus/Toyota. I am unsatisfied with the service they provided. I feel that all of this could have been avoided if Lexus/Toyota had just included the IS300 in the recall. This experience will definitely influence my business with Lexus/Toyota in the future.

We bought a RX 330 that is fast and reliable. The technology package is state of the art with everything you can dream of. The car is very luxurious and comfortable too. The appearance is sports utility vehicle savvy and sleek with and a little style, bit of sexy in it. It fits my needs with style and is one of a kind. The inside is spacious and fits the whole family including a dog or two. It is very roomy and comfortable. Their technology package is out of this world. It is suited for every age, and is a perfect family car for all ages. I would definitely recommend this car for anybody looking for beyond luxury at an affordable price.

My complaint is with Lexus, not so much with the dealer. I started having "resetting" of the navigation system in my 2006 RX330 about six weeks ago with the issue occurring about every 1.5 hours. Now, it happens every 1.5 minutes. The issue does not interfere with the operation of the vehicle, but it is most annoying. Each time the system resets, the audio system is momentarily interrupted but the hands-free (Bluetooth) connection is killed, rendering it useless.I went to the Lexus dealer for a fix, assuming the problem would be minor--perhaps just a loose connection somewhere behind the dashboard. Surprise! They concluded that the five-year-old factory-installed navigation system needs complete replacement at a cost of $1740. Unbelievable. Will I look to Lexus when time comes to buy something new? Unlikely.

Very plain and same year after year. Also they all look alike but what concerned me is the cars looked highly unsafe so I wouldn't buy another one. Too expensive to upgrade as if it was a Cadillac which it wasn't. Also didn't have many cool upgrades or up to date upgrades. Has an ok amount of room but could use more leg room and comfortable seats. They're very hard and lumpy and can never go to sleep in them. Didn't see many brands or choices with them is why I was highly dissatisfied. Would not recommend them to anyone in the future or first time car buyers as well!

There are many Lexus fun luxury models. I looked at Extreme Luxury XJ3, XJ1 -- all good models for me, priced different. Very hard to choose the one I wanted and took three months to pick. Waited to test drive till I was sure. Went online to check different models' colors, prices to be sure. Had many things I wanted -- leather seats, CD player, GPS tracking, GPS navigation, and any add-on I could think of for me, heated seats, etc. Love two colors, white and black, and went with black. Overall love the two-door model. Just wanted four people capacity. That's all I would need being childless. Four doors and more room wasn't needed for me. Like the more compact cars anyway. Easier to drive and love it better. Great color and model, and it's the best for me.
