The Focus ST is designed for performance-oriented driving with sport-tuned suspension and steering.

Its powerful engine and responsive handling make it a fun-to-drive compact car.

Exterior Design:

The Focus ST features a more aggressive and sporty exterior design compared to the standard Focus.

Unique ST-specific styling elements include a honeycomb grille, larger front air intakes, and a rear spoiler.

Interior and Features:

Note on Discontinuation:

Ford announced the discontinuation of the Focus ST and the entire Focus lineup for the North American market after the 2018 model year.

End of Production:

The 2018 model year marked the final year of production for the Ford Focus ST in the North American market due to Ford's shift in focus toward trucks, SUVs, and electric vehicles.

Please note that specific features and availability might vary based on the trim level and regional specifications. For the latest and most accurate information, I recommend consulting Ford's official sources or visiting a Ford dealership.

Product Reviews:

I own a Transit full-size van T350 built 5/2015 used for business. After 38000 miles the left rear axle seal failed and was replaced 11/30/16. One day later the hole axle seized after just 50 miles. After the warranty repair. It took to January 10/2017 to rebuild the rear axle (no parts available!!!) and to get the van back from the Dealer (Ford of Clermont, FL). Since then the van is creating a loud howling noise between 50 and 60 mph and a loud deep vibration noise over 70 mph. Four more attempts to repair/adjust. Did not fix the issue. Since 12/1/2016 the van spent over 100 days in the workshop trying to fix the rear axle under warranty without success. Since 4 weeks my dealer tries to get in touch with a Ford engineer to assess the issue. Without success. In the meantime the right axle seal failed and spilled all the oil on the road. In addition to the incompetence of the dealership Ford Customer Service is at no service for a customer who has a more complex issue than an oil change. I called Ford customer service several times but all they do is to get you in touch with the dealer's management. Ford Customer Service is only set up to make you feel good and to mediate between dealer and customer. I feel that my only option now is to sue the dealer and Ford to get this faulty rear axle replaced.

You should have NO stars for this rating of this company. This company should be issuing a recall for the problem with my truck (fuel tank collapse). This happens all of the time with trucks in the oil fields. It is a venting problem that gets clogged with dirt. Aren’t trucks designed to be in dirt? Cost is exorbitant and unnecessary. I would like Consumer Affairs to look into this problem. Imagine how many F-350 trucks are on the road and the potential of breakdowns is enormous. I think they allow this to happen to just line their pockets. Or maybe they put faulty parts on these trucks. They did have these issues back in 2012 on smaller cars.

I'd purchased a slightly used ford fusion but upon the garages inspection they hadn't bolted the calipers in place so it was being fixed. I had a loan of Taurus I was hit head on by a jeep grand Cherokee and it ran over the driver’s side of car, spun me around, tore their own tire completely off wires wheel and all but didn't even crack the windshield or dent the hood. There were tire tracks directly in from of my line of vision. I'm glad the airbag blocked the view of underside of it. I did shortly after purchase an expedition smaller vehicles I'm nervous in but do believe if I'd had a different manufacturer the outcome would have been significantly worse.

I ended up trading in my 2013 Ford Escape and got a really good deal. I found the sales person to be honest, very approachable, and knowledgeable. I was informed of what the car would automatically come with and what would be an additional charge. I was given information about the various warranties both verbally and in writing. My mother is currently on hospice. The Elkins Ford Edge team was most accommodating. I am most pleased with my 2019 Ford Edge St.

I own a 2018 Fusion and a 2018 Ford focus. Both have almost 80,000 miles on it. The transmissions went out in both vehicles 2 weeks from each other. No recalls and unfortunately Ford's joke of a warranty is out too. How can you charge people this much money and have issues like this? 60,000 mile warranty is a joke in itself. I will never buy an American-made automobile again. Find a manufacturer that will give you 100,000 miles out the gate. That tells you they believe and stand behind their product. Without having to spend thousands on an extended warranty. I've owned 6 Fords in my lifetime, the last 3 were junk. Never will you see a Ford in my driveway again.

I love that for a small hatchback it sits higher and has more headroom than all its peers. It has excellent acceleration as well as a very responsive ABS braking system, compared to its competitors in this class. The Ford Sync system and USB plug-ins were state-of-the-art when I bought it in 2013, and still work great. It has good shocks and very comfortable seats with lumbar support. The split, lay-flat rear seat gives a huge cargo space for a small car. Of all the hybrids in this class, this one sounded like the best on paper and turned out to meet or exceed my expectations...and still gets nearly 40 mpg on the highway. The one thing that wasn't well made was the handle release for lowering the rear seats. One side broke away from the cables under the seat so it doesn't work to lower the seat and is very expensive to fix- requires a total seat replacement, over $1000. So not worth it to me now.

The engineers said the crude control started the fire. Thank god I didn't park in the garage. My 01 navagator caught fire around midnight. We all were lucky to get out after it caught my house on fire and I have lost most everything. Screw ford.

Purchased the new 2014 Ford Fiesta in August 2014. By the time I went in for my first oil change I was having problems with the car shaking, jerking, slipping, shuddering upon light acceleration on gas from a complete stop. I expressed my complaint/problem with the service technician and he said it's normal, people complain about the same issue all the time and there's nothing they can do. As of today's date the problem still exist, I been back to the dealership with the same complaint and nothing has ever been resolved. And it seems like it's getting worse.

Have 26k miles on the car and it constantly needs jumped. Took my car in 3 times still no resolution. Asked for a loaner and got nothing. My Dodge Nitro with 190K miles was more reliable than this Explorer. Regret this purchase and I will never buy another Ford!

I was driving home from Wal-Mart, which is about a 20 minute drive. I am not sure what happened, as I must have blacked out, or blocked it out, but I woke up flipping over and over, and found out it was in a field. Witnesses claimed the car flipped 12 times, before landing on the roof of the car. All the windows, besides one I believe, were knocked out, and there weren't airbags. I have an artificial hip, due to another wreck, where I was a passenger. I was trying to get the seat belt off, as I was scared something else would happen if I didn't get out, but it was stuck. Finally, a gentleman showed up. He had to crawl down under me, to cut the belt, and get me out, without causing more problems. The first thing I heard the policeman say was the bags did not go off, then I heard the same thing next day, when I went to pick up whatever was left. A prescription was lost or stolen. We looked everywhere, and my Tom Tom, which was in the glove box was gone. I went by ambulance to the hospital. They took an x-ray of my chest and neck, and did some CT scans to check my back. As of now, I have bruises and abrasions, but I can barely walk without crutches. The same side of my hip was replaced in 1994. My back has a large bruise, and it hurts real bad to move, cough, etc. I did not have comp or collision, as I was told, when a car is over 20 years old, they don't need it.The car is completely totaled. The roof was crushed like a "v" right down the middle. The medic said if my head or the "v" had been an inch or so closer, I would not be here. If there are this many complaints, why hasn't Ford done something about it? I was shocked. I was supposed to be on federal jury tomorrow. I had to call and cancel that. Currently, all I can do is lay in bed or on the couch, with heating pads and pain medications. I may have to call my orthopedic doctor, if I don't get any better. But my husband has been out of work taking care of me. He went back today, and the my doctor is in Charleston, about 2 hours and some minutes from where we are. He can't afford to take off constantly.
