Product Reviews:

I bought it used! 2nd Cadillac I've ever own. 1st cadillac was the same as this one. Motorist ran a stop sign and I T-boned him. Cadillac was totaled! Front end totally smashed in.. I walked away with just a scratch on my finger. Caddy saved me! So I found another one, had to do some maintenance to it (Battery, radiator & transmission flushed, alignments and tires balanced! Wanted that done whether it was needed or not), it runs great! Comfortable ride, quite and the V6 performs close to a V8. It's a luxury model! The AWD is great in snow/ice or rain. Just a solid gripping ride! Not happy with local Cadillac dealer so I go to Chevy/Buick dealer in Mendota! Very happy with them..

I switch from a Lincoln MKX to this Cadillac. I am very impressed with it. The Cadillac is a bit smaller but has nearly as much interior room and is more comfortable. Driving is better as you can see better, is a better ride and has better power plus better gas mileage.

My son graduated from college last month and was lucky enough to find a job prior to graduating. He bought his first nice car, a beautiful 2005 STS Cadillac. We noticed that the car was burning oil. In 4,000 miles, the car went through 7 quarts of oil which is unbelievable for a car with 62,000 miles and had been serviced 36 times by Cadillac dealerships according to the faux report. The dealership tells us that the car needs new pistons and rings. The cost is $3,500 to fix the vehicle. When we bought the car, it had a $1,500 guarantee if there were any problems with the car. They do this on different brands of used cars. I emailed GM Cadillac division and received an email that they were happy to help and would contact us the next day which they did. I explained to them that there has been multiple complaints about that model and that this was a defect and I would hope they could help my son with the cost of the overhaul. The second person I talked to told me that the most they could help was the $1,500 from the dealership like they were involved which this was already offered from the lot where we bought the car. I then asked for the supervisor whose name is Roy. I told him that I have never heard of a car with 66,000 miles going through 7 quarts of oil in 4,000 miles and especially a high-end car. The bottom line is he said there’s nothing he could do about it. I realized that there is probably nothing that can be done but I am in customer service for a large company and can't believe that they offered no help especially with social media nowadays.

Cadillac looks very luxurious and delightful. I enjoy the comfort it gives and the technology the most. It's very beautiful and simple yet evolutionary. I love the sleekness each model gives. It is so much different than others. Such as one is made for families while others may be made for romance or business. I do not often contain passengers in my car but when I do my guests seems to love it. My model may only carry 5 passengers but overall it's great. The GPS is great and it gives such accurate information. I never get lost anymore. The speakers are crisp and clear and the airbags are regularly checked. I love how regular checks are free and so are the repairs.

Cadillac offers a variety in types of vehicles that would meet your needs for both luxury and style. It is a brand that in my opinion you cannot go wrong with. The appearance of Cadillac vehicles are outstanding. The features are also top of the line from GPS to rearview cameras and self parking. I love the space that you get with Cadillac. I am always very comfortable with the amount of space that I get in my vehicle even with a car full of people.

The Cadillac offers many different models, but we drive the 2006 DTS. It offers a smooth ride and a responsive engine. The model is also equipped with a digital read outs that check condition of the car. The DTS has leather interior it makes the ride extremely nice. The car comes with a large trunk which makes it easy to carry luggage and other items as well. One of our favorite upgrades are the seats, they have the option to make them hotter or colder. We also love the digital readout of tire, and engine conditions, as well as the temperature read out of the outside and inside of the car. The car can hold up to three passengers in the front and back with bench seats up front. There is plenty of leg room for passengers as well.

I bought a 2007 Cadillac CTS in January 2013. It was a one owner garage kept gem. I thought. It wasn't a few months later that we had it in the shop for a catalytic converter replacement. With only 55,000 miles on it! Then we discovered that the trunk was full of water below the spare tire! What the heck? This is a Cadillac! Not an economy car! My family has had Cadillacs for generations and never had any problems. I thought it may just be my luck but when I went online I found out that I wasn't alone. Cadillac is losing a lot of customers and I'm one. Today we took it to the shop to have a flickering headlight checked and we were told it would cost over $500 to have it fixed! This isn't the Cadillac I grew up around and I PROMISE it's getting traded off soon and I'll NEVER EVER BUY ANOTHER GM PRODUCT AGAIN. DISGUSTING!

CUE stop working. Just like so many others out there who have left reviews on the Cadillac CUE, I am angry. This is my first Cadillac, and I am very surprise that GM has not addressed this issue. I have own other GM products, which I have been happy with in the past, but this issue with the CUE makes driving my 2016 SRX somewhat dissatisfied.

Cadillac had a few styles to choose from sedan, sub, etc... The options and abilities are the best way Cadillac varies from other vehicles. Their design clearly demonstrates superior vision in luxury automobiles. The car I bought looks very modern, but classy. It's very roomy and comfortably sits 4 men for trips across the state. It is not a boat like the old Cadillacs, but still is very comfortable to travel in. It looks best in black in my opinion and the interior is beautiful. There are so many options to personalize Cadillacs. Obviously you can pick the body style that fits the look that you want. Then you can choose from a variety of colors and interior options that are not available in most other vehicles.

For a top end luxury car, this vehicle had numerous problems, including drivetrain, cosmetics, and more. Additionally, value decreased rapidly. A positive, Cadillac did repair everything, no questions asked, while under warranty.
