I purchased this brand new 2019 TourX and drove it home in March of 2019. Within a month I notice the paint job was not holding up. I don’t live on a dirt road, but saw many stone chips. The dealership ended up repainting the hood. I’m really concerned about the topcoat on this vehicle. My paint is actually stained from a maple trees droppings. This was in a small but high traffic road where street parking is the parking of choice. I have never had anything like this happen. I’ll be going back to the dealership to see what their explanation might be on this. Has anyone else dealt with this paint job disappointment? Thanks.

I have been very happy with my Buick Regal, however, it costs quite a bit to have repairs done at the dealership.

I purchased a 2011 Buick LaCrosse BRAND new and it has been the car from HELL. From the 6th day of ownership, it has been towed 12 times and now is in the shop because it won't go in reverse.

The car has enough space and enough room. The passenger side is very comfortable, easy access to get in and out. No trouble with leg room and very relaxing. It rides smoothly and offers phone space and phone cord. The appearance is pretty, in a pretty beige color, and looks as if it was brand new and in good condition. No distinctive scratches or marks on the car. The color is shiny, and the inside has a very nice, good looking interior. The upgrades are nice since my stepfather did some of his own work and contributed to the car to see if anything needs to be done or worked on, which is a good thing.

2013 buick regal t - The light on the radio info center goes dim and goes out. Had it back to Buick but they can't find anything wrong with it. Take it home, does the same thing. Is anyone having the same problem?

Buick is the best out there. It's luxurious, beautiful and has many colors to choose from. The seats, especially the Captain's chair is so comfortable I would have no problem sleeping in it. And I have kids so it must be dependable. I've owned 2 now and when I bought my last one I wanted the security package.

Never do anything like this, but if it saves someone going through the pain my family has, it is worth it. DO NOT PURCHASE A BUICK ENCLAVE. We were so proud of ours when we bought it, but have been so disappointed. Nothing but issues. Started with cracked transmission gear (which they DID fix). Then the front end issues began. Popping and rattling in the front end. Took it in and paid to have it fixed. Caused uneven wear on tires and had to replace those (and 17" tires aren't cheap). Since then, have had front end done 4X!!! Finally a mechanic friend of the family told me to Google (Buick Enclave front end issues) and could not believe what I found. Evidently there are known issues that Buick has decided NOT to stand behind. Several of the complaints said that their repairs usually lasted 3k-5k miles and then came right back (at $1k-$2.5k a pop). Why do I still have it you ask? Because this issue is so known that the dealers I would like to trade with (definitely not Buick), comment on the issues. Don't take my word for it, Google it for yourselves!

My Buick Lucerne is a great car. Large enough, sturdy, much better on gas than I anticipated, and a very comfortable ride. It's actually a 2006 that had decent mileage and a great price when I bought it. It had been years since I had driven a Buick and now I remember why I always liked them.

I purchased a 2011 Buick Regal November 2011. Since that time I have been working with Sapaugh's Service department to clear away problems that are causing my dissatisfaction, namely the performance of said vehicle. My greatest complaint is the near stall affect or the delayed response to acceleration and when it decides to respond it will jerk so bad that I am repositioned in my seat. I want a smooth operation. The experience of driving the said vehicle is not pleasant. I am convinced the service department at Sapaugh Motors does not know the cause of the said problem. I pay 631.00 dollars each month for a vehicle I am unhappy with. Please, can you help me?

Buick offers a variety of sleek yet safe luxury vehicles that are guaranteed to leave you with leg room and trunk space, even in the smallest sedans. This car can hold up to six people comfortably because there is a secret seat between the driver and the passenger. You could fit three car seats in the back, though it would leave you limited room for diaper bags. This car has a modern design that is not too flashy. It is equipped with radio and cruise controls on the steering wheel, so you never have to take your eyes off the road, and a day/night sensor for the rear view mirror so that glare is less of a problem. You can upgrade and customize to include a moonroof, driver memory key sets, and a variety of other comfort features including radio and interior fabric, as well as screens and gps.
