I am sorry to say but Infiniti consumer affair is useless, rather than listening to the problem they just want to close the problem. My car paint was peeling and they didn't even want to listen.Selcuk of Weehawken, NJ

I purchased a QX70 in July 2017. I love the car but I started noticing a musty smell when I turned on the A/C about 6 months after I bought. I took the car into the dealership and they told me to changed the cabin filter which I did and to turn off my a/c about a mile before my destination. I've owned cars for 35 years and I've never heard of such a thing, especially in Florida. The new filter seemed to help but then the smell came back. My son in law said it smells like an old man with body odor and I've also heard it smells like rotten onions. I took the car back to the dealership about 6 months later and they did an ozone treatment which didn't really help. I took it back 2 months later after my friends who were visiting from out of town started coughing profusely when they got in the car. Evidently she's allergic to mold. The dealership performed another ozone treatment which didn't help. Infinity supposedly did a mold a test after keeping my car for 3 weeks in the shop. I have not seen the mold test but I can still smell the musty smell. The smell seems to be most noticeable on the passenger side as soon as you turn on the A/C.Sandy of Palm City, FL

Infiniti was truly remarkable. The car I got had a beautiful exterior, nice navigation, cool tires and great selection of colors to choose from. It can hold up to a max of about 2000 lbs.. It's strong too and one of a kind. I would recommend this brand of cars to anyone looking to purchase a fancy car. It offers a lot of fancy top notch vehicles that are not too high in price. You are also able to customize your car or pimp it out (however you wanna phrase it) in any way like and it doesn't take very long.Brian of San Antonio, TX

Infiniti cars are very well made and have several different styles to best suit your needs. I choose the I 30 and was very reliable and drove this car for about 5 years. I would recommend this type of car to anyone wanting a reliable automobile. They are very luxury cars and have all the bells and whistles other more expensive brands for a better price. Their appearance is very stunning and most people thought I paid twice the amount for my car because of the stunning appearance.I bought my I 30 used but there are tons of different options out there for these cars do suit any lifestyle or consumer needs without breaking the bank. Mine had a sunroof, everything electrical leather seats, cd player, the luxury at a great price. This car was great for my husband and 2 kids had a very large trunk fit all. Never had any issues for space, very comfortable and is an all-around dependable car. The leather was very sturdy. After all the wear and tear my kids put on it never had a crack rip or tear, looked almost new.Rebecca of Rancho Santa Margarita, CA

I bought a new M35X in 2010. I live in Ohio and I bought the AWD version to drive more safely in our winters. The car came equipped with Goodyear RSA tires. I bought the car in April and everything was fine when on flat dry roads. If there were uneven surfaces the front end trembled. When wet, the car had no traction despite being AWD. In winter, it was dangerous to drive and tended to rotated when on ice or snow. It had no traction. I complained to the dealer, Infiniti of Columbus, about the problem and after a test drive, they said nothing was wrong. I tried again, explaining that the car could not accelerate in the snow even with traction control on and would go into slides at slow speeds. The dealer was no help so I complained to the next level. The short of it is that the manufacturer did not care. The Infiniti representative said everything was "normal". I started reading message boards and found that others had the same problem. The solution seemed to be tire replacement. The message boards suggested Michelin Primacy MXV4 tires. I tried once again to get Infiniti to do something but was turned down. I purchased the MXV4 for this winter and it solved all of my traction, steering, and trembling complaints.I know there are other 2010 M35X owners suffering the same problems. For your own safety, buy a good set of all season tires. You will be amazed at the difference and get furious that Infiniti put a tire on the vehicle with those performance characteristics. I guess there is a reason why Infiniti is a third tier luxury brand. Customer care is non-existent.Donald of Blacklick, OH

I purchased a G37 2012 from Carmax and it had 33k miles on it. I have had it a couple years now, always got oil changes on it/maintained it. I’ve never had an issue with this car before - not should I have. It’s got under 100k miles on it. The other day it starts misfiring. I take it to my local mechanic. He sees it needs spark plugs and a fuel injector. Replacing those. Car is still misfiring so the mechanic shop offers to take it to the dealership for diagnosis, on them. INFINITI calls me today and says the motor is bad. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! That’s $10k job that’s not covered under warranty. I owe $13k on this car. What a piece of ** car. I would never buy this brand ever!!! I can’t believe this company exists making such shoddy products and it should be illegal!!!Sophia of Rocklin, CA

Duped by Infiniti. I purchased a brand new QX80 from my Houston dealer. The car is fantastic. At the time of purchase I was clear that I was likely to move to the UAE after a year or so. They assured me that my vehicle was fit for export and that the UAE Infiniti dealer will take care of me. Lo and behold, I arrived this Jan with my QX80, and the local dealer washed their hands off me, claiming the vehicle electronics is completely and that they will be unable to service or diagnose any issues with the vehicle. I feel my $90k is down the drain. Really disappointed! To make things worse, I wrote to both Infiniti USA as well as Infiniti ME. The US palmed me off to the ME office, and the ME office was not at all responsive. I will ensure to continue using every opportunity to discourage anyone supporting the Nissan and Infiniti brand. Shameless thugs!Aslam of Houston, TX

There are so many varieties. I'm a very big fan of this brand and I have been a fan since the first time I laid eyes on this particular model. I would recommend this to anyone looking to buy a great car at a great price. The appearance is the best. Its interior styling is suited for anyone with class and style. The overall smooth touch of this vehicle sticks out from any other model. There are many upgrades from having a sunroof added to having leather seats put in. You can also have a front or rear camera added if needed. The passenger capacity has enough room inside for luggage and passenger. You can even carry a pet if you like. The seats adjust just fine.Tanya of Dublin, GA

I just bought my 2004 Infiniti G35 with get this, only 4K miles on it. The elder lady who drove it before leased it and never drove it. So I have been super happy with the car. It's sexy, it runs great. It has all the bells and whistles brand new cars have coming out today. So cut to the chase, I walk to my car that is parked in front of my house to hop in and run errands. My neighbor is talking to me but I am in a hurry so I just start up the engine. It revved but didn't turn over. No problem, probably didn't hold it long enough. Nope, keeps revving but no turn over. I am thinking, I have gas in the car what's the problem? Maybe a little air in the line sure give it a little gas and it will start. I am telling the car took a 180 from hell and went from being the easily start right up smooth ride to the rev it up like it's a freaking 1960 bug engine and then proceeded to smoke. Yay! So naturally I turn the car off immediately (mind you I just paid my car payment lol) and proceed to figure out how I am going to resolve this issue. I called the dealership and was put on hold for forever then It went to voice mail. Called again and a lady picked up. She seemed nice but ended up being a peon robot worker bee. I told her my situation and she said the next available appoint is August 14th. I said that is in 9 days! Can you make an exception, I have to go to work tomorrow and I would at least need a rental car. No sir, but would you like me to make you the appointment? Yeah, that robotic. So I got the manager on the phone and he gave me a couple farm out mechanics and I got on for the next day at 9 am. It is the night before so I got the tow set up and the rental car situation all worked out. I am going to have them look at everything and I am going to pick my next fuel pump, and have them look at my engine because I can tell me motor mounts are loose and my Transmission likes to jump out of first gear a lot as well. I saw that there was a recall for the fuel pump and called Infiniti affairs. The lady took over 30 minutes to find my car and proceeded to tell me that there is no recall and to talk to the dealer. Then she told me there actually IS an AIRBAG recall. Okay great, so glad I called in otherwise my airbags wouldn't be functioning and they said they didn't tell me because I was not linked to my car. So all of you out there reading this, make sure you called Infiniti affairs 1 (800) 662-6200 and make sure you are attached to your car so you will get the recalls. Most Infinitis have a recall of some sort. I will also get my dashboard looked at as I see there are a lot of complaints about that. I would also note to take your car to get serviced at an actual Infiniti dealer. You cannot trust anyone else. If anyone has any questions comments or any advice that would help me with my 2004 Infiniti G35 feel free to email me at **. Thanks for reading!James of Hollywood, CA
