Product Reviews:
Car started burning oil at 95,000 miles. Dealer says they have never heard of the problem (but this is obviously not true because there are online complaints on this very issue). We usually keep our cars 150,00 miles and have done all the required maintenance and repairs (by the local dealer). Selling the car - won't buy another Audi. Very disappointed in Audi. They should do a recall and fix these problems.Lori of Austin, TX

Audi ULTRA S-TRNC Gearbox FAILS weeks out of warranty on 38 month old A6. Bought an AUDI A6 Ultra S-TRNC July 2016. Have full service history with Audi. Approved garages spending over £35k, out of the blue Friday 2/09/19 heard a strange whining noise from the engine. Took it into Audi Stirling who advised Gearbox pump had failed and resulted in gearbox damage, it will cost £9117.60 to fix, neither the dealership I bought it from Audi Stirling or Audi UK all the way up to the Managing Director were interested and refused to help me. Just kept saying out of warranty. Their aftercare is appalling and when you investigate the Gearbox online the internet is littered with Ultra S-TRNC fails with no help from AUDI. Not even a warning light on the dashboard lights up no warning at all. Today I have written to WATCHDOG and to 2 national papers. Not what you expect from a leading car manufacturer!!!!Paul of Greenloaning, Other

Cruise Control not working - was told someone unplugged a module and it would have to be realigned @ $930.00. Washer Fluid sensor was gooped up from the cold - $215.00. Battery failed a test - $530.00. Tail Light LED is bad - $630.00. It wasn't long ago when a tail light could be repaired for $15 and a new battery installed for $75. I'm holding my breath for something that is really serious. May be my last Audi.Mike of Union, IL

I leased a q5. Great car, and a fine enough experience during my lease. However post lease the actions of Audi have me considering talking to a lawyer. Prepaid overage miles, was not credited. Called in to give them my transaction number and their office "is not taking calls at this time due to high volume". No call back option, no hold option, and I get this message for a week straight of attempts. 2 weeks later I finally get through to the team, give them my prepaid transaction number and they said I should receive a zero account balance shortly. One month later I get a bill again without my prepayment applied. Again their phone number for Audi USA is not accepting calls. If this touches my credit which it has threatened to do I will have to seek a legal remedy. Ridiculous that I have to spend this much of my time and effort to fix their issues. It's a beautiful car but WALK AWAY!Donovan of Austin, TX

I purchased a 2007 Audi A4 2.0 Turbo in May of this year with 40k miles on it. Vet checked clean. The oil light has come on several times, I had it checked by Audi and was told "The car is within spec to burn 1 qt per 1,000 miles”. I replaced the battery and now fighting with the tail light.Melanie of Cedar Park, TX

Audi TT transmission failure after only 7500 miles. Eighteen days in the shop to repair. While there, the dealer scratched my pristine car and drove it through paint, which covered the wheels, wheel wells and much of the car and then denied they did so to escape liability. The service manager lacks tact and credence and was quite combative. Stay away from this dealership! Audi "customer care" is a contradiction in terms.Thomas of Binghamton, NY

Audi is a beautiful car. It is stylish and has a ton of luxury real leather but sometimes stains show up a lot which is hard because I don't like my kids sitting on stains. It can hold many people up to about 5. You can control everything to the leather color, texture, and the exterior.Michael of Carmel, IN

I have a 2002 A-4. It has about 110,000 miles. It is once again in the garage for its third transmission. At $5,000 a piece, you would think Audi would stand up for its products. Well no, they do not. I have called over and over to tell Audi that I feel there is something wrong with the way this transmission doesn’t last. I was told when I called Audi that because I don't have the transmission fluid changed every 35,000 miles, they won’t even consider helping...I told the girl that the owner’s manual says 100,000 miles. When you call, they just have woman answer the phone, who doesn’t even try to help with the problems. Well, the whole problem I have, after spending $5,000 a pop for a transmission for the third transmission in one car, should not be. And Audi should just cancel the number to call because to get help is like pissing in the wind.Dora of Hazleton, PA

This brand offers a whole assortment of different models. Absolutely everyone needs to purchase one. These cars have very distinct and beautiful features, new models include touch screens and awesome radio, beautiful leather seats, and the engine is wonderful. The car is beautiful on the outside too. There are lots of different upgrades and personalization. Some of the upgrades would include a touch screen, an awesome radio system, upgrade to leather seats and touch screen radio system, upgrades the engine. Also the passenger capacity is awesome, for a sporty car, this thing is just so great. You can fit you and your neighbors family in this thing. You would think that there would not be too much room because of the sportiness but there sure is.Jen of Rockford, MI
